SERIOUS BUG: Main Weapon DISAPPEARED after equipping another item on controller (POE2)

just lost my 20+ div wand and i am not looking to spend this for another one. this is extremely disheartening and worth quitting over.

i am playing on pc with mouse and keyboard. i was trying out different scepters to figure out spirit requirements and i assume this was when the wand disappeared.

does anyone know if GGG rectifies these situations or should i just quit?

I would hope they reimburse us. The data has to be traceable. I have exact map location and time I lost my sceptre. Unsure if it's just wands and sceptres? It appears to happen when the player has a full bag and switches their mainhand weapon?

Please fix this GGG

Just received an email response and they have stated no compensation will be provided to the player. So yeah, that's the end of my poe2 experience

Same thing happened. Full bags swapped my sceptre which was +5 minion level with spirit, dmg, etc. worth ~20 divs replaced with garbage sceptre that overwrote my main sceptre. Totally ruined my build. I;m fresh out of currency to buy another and this is going to set me back weeks to earn the currency. Especially since I can't farm t15 maps anymore due to the set back.

Im going to reach out to support and see if i can get some help and I'll let you know.

Happened to me yesterday, dead straight away on the first map of the day, no skeletal clerics, spirit cut in half, found main weapon slot empty. Lost a +3 minion skill, 20% quality,192 spirit omen sceptre. Cost me 40ex for a slightly better one.

I happened twice to me on PoE2.

The first time I thought it was my fault for being clumsy and somehow dropping, selling, or dismantling. It cost around 10 div for a +4 lightning all spells wand. After this, I grinded my a** playing this game with an inferior wand to buy a +5 all lightning spells which cost me roughly 40 divs. Then, today, I was kinda shocked I could not kill Xesht fast as usual, then I went to check my main spell (spark) missing around 110k+ dps, guess what? My fucking recently bought wand disappeared. Fucking frustrating this shit happening twice in one month.

My guess is that there is some kind of bug when swap weapons, and the fucking expensive wand is the one that suddenly is gone. All my other expensive stuff are intact, as equips, divs, jewelry, etc.

Can you please fix this f*** s*** bug?

Edit: bought another one +5. Let's hope it doesn't magically disappear again.
