Would not personally play ralakesh without having min power charges stacked. I think you can be fine with 1min power grand spectrum and have 2other random for 8minimum power but yeah...

have only been doing sanctum so cant say anything about this yet. Determination would be nice defence for sure.

Okay so this has been by far the most succesful leaguestart I have had. And I really enjoy the build, very easy to get into.

Currently working towards buying a balance of terror, because for some ungodly reason it has exploded in price.

Bit stuck on what else I should upgrade. I can tell I should still be able to make some massive upgrades based on the damage in your PoB's, but I can't find what exactly

Balance of terror is so much damage for this build and dps will scyrocket once get it. Bascis look fine on build. Try get 21/20 gems (or atleast some quality on more important gems) and get some better rolls on gear. Dont really get why people wont pay littler extra if even that for lets say 20% cast speed roll on wand or +23% movement speed on boots etc. Also getting 10% cooldown roll on amulet is a speed difference :P Also get +1 or +2aoe chest it will be nice dps bootst and empower4 also!

Start of week1 (3.26)
Probably the fastest sanctum char in 3.26 that anyone has made. Still have things to improve but its hard. Mostly want good movement speed implicit ralakesh boots and plan to use +1power charge with movement speed per power charge implicit Precursor's Emblem but they dont exist yet for 12% movement speed. Got crazy movement speed already and 6.1casts per second and 640mil DPS. I am the speedZ. Got kinda bored of sanctum and starting to chill and not play so much anymore. Already lost 50div doing uber mavens lmao. Going to keep all gear and min/max as a project further and see how fast i can get before league ends in sanctum. Can run 6sanctums/hour or 5sanctums/hour with merc strat.

How my ring looks after lvl100 in sanctum. This is how shitty sanctum actually is in 3.26... 98% of runs are with merchant dupe strat so yeah bad...

Been messing around outside sanctum doing blight stuff etc and completed full attlas under 2hours lmao. Was kinda funny because of permanent phaserun and was fine with 2500life. Some very minor uprades left for min/maxing. Somehow i managed to buy this speedZ ring, im crazy fast now :D

How are you running permanent phaserun?
