Has the team had enough time to discuss the timeline for 3.26?

I've had my first Stone Citadel before last patch and I failed. Since then I didn't see ANY stone citadel so far. I have found like 4 cooper and 5 iron. What I need to do? Play another 2 weeks to get "MAYBE" 1 stone to complete quest? I know it's random but maybe for THE FIRST TIME you won't send people to an endless quest?
