how come the bug fixes always end up nerfing builds and the builds that are weaker than they should be because of bugs are never fixed, such as the bugs related to sorcery ward?

dang, i was hoping to see some tuning for the one monster that hold a shield and when u hit them release a green bolt towards you. i feel the damage is way to high for the bolts. can quickly kill my 6,5k eHP when i hit them fast and stop move for a second.
