Patch needed waaaay more skill balance changes. It is Early Access. Do the big changes. Get rid of the oneshotting bosses builds and give some love to the ones that barely scratches bosses. If we have to wait for these to happen at economy resets you won't get enough time to test the changes before release. People will simply just move to the next broken thing and then those will stay broken for 3 months? Naaah... use the Early Access for what it is for: continously deal with the broken stuff.

Does this mean the bug where swapping weapons with a crossbow and going back stops you from using any skills until you roll isn't fixed?

______________________________________________________________________________
My 23 leagues of PoE experience made me realize these problems in PoE 2: • No crafting system. • No built-in loot filter. • No tabs. • Ridiculous atlas tree system—unacceptable even. • Rare items from the ground are bad. • Constant backtracking in maps—checkpoints, when? • Splinters and other loot don’t drop after breaches end, but in Breachstones they do. • You shouldn’t be able to buy pinnacle boss fights. • Towers should correspond to the area they’re on in the atlas. • The atlas mechanic is uninteresting. How you added the atlas in its current state is beyond me. There’s no excitement in exploring further or, conversely, clearing everything around, as there are no rewards or bonuses for doing so. The feeling of being on a continent or somewhere significant should exist. For example, there should be moments when you face the ocean, sea, void, or anything else that forms a border or endpoint of the Atlas of Worlds. It would be logical for you to face the border if you are moving in one direction for a long time, especially if you are traveling by land. There should be a limit to maps in the atlas, even if it’s a crazy number, with the ultimate goal of clearing all the Atlas of Worlds. A small map pool is another reason why general mapping feels boring. • Everything not related to breaches feels bad, and it affects the player's mindset. The player thinks, "Why do anything else if breaches have it all?" But doing breaches all the time gets boring very quickly. When it comes to in-map interactions, if you’re not interested in a breach, there’s nothing you can do about it or shift to instead. • A similar issue comes with adding delirium through Distilled Emotions to maps. It makes sense logically but comes with an extremely over-the-top visual effect. You end up using Distilled Emotions on every map, and it feels bad to skip delirium and miss out on the loot for not using it. ______________________________________________________________________________ A Few Thoughts on Crafting The crafting system is very important to me. Even though most of my characters were made in softcore, I always played in an SSF style, crafting all my gear myself while buying interesting synthesized or rare base items. Buying rare items from trade always felt bad. One major problem with Diablo 4 is the lack of a good crafting system. After PoE 1, it’s surprising that you didn’t realize how important crafting is for the game. Instead, you added Omens. Can I ask who was a big fan of Omens? I don’t think anyone really appreciated or felt anything about them. The only Omen players used was the Omen of Amelioration. Others, like Omen of Connections, were good only because of their value as a drop. Whoever thought Omens was a good addition to crafting in PoE 2 should be fired. ______________________________________________________________________________ Expedition What even is Expedition now? (I played the Expedition mechanic every league after it was introduced, and I loved how impactful your decisions were when placing remnants. Tujen, Rog, Gwennen’s gamble—it was all amazing.) Now in PoE 2, it’s just a huge boring mess. I’m sorry... ______________________________________________________________________________ Hideouts Hideout building is one of the most amazing features of PoE. Even in early access, with the amount of assets you already have, there should be a pool of models to use. Right now, players can only work with what they currently have, which is disappointing. Other Thoughts The storyline was amazing, but forcing players to do it twice for every character, without the ability to change ascendancy, is frustrating. I didn’t even mention Trials, Ritual, general balance, skill balance, and much more. Everything I wrote before is just what I miss in the game—it means a lot to me. I’ll say this: the lack of motivation to log into the game, even right after the PoE 2 beta release, feels new to me. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, especially after waiting so desperately for it since the first announcement at ExileCon. Fix your game, GGG! ♡ Huge fan ♡ Yurnero Последняя редакция: cuterainycloud#5302. Время: 16 янв. 2025 г., 07:52:32
