It was posted today (16th) at 6:33am.

As of writing this the time is 7:04AM in New Zealand, my guess is they'll apply the patch in a couple of hours tops, hopefully before their lunch and especially before heading home for the weekend as i'm sure they would want to monitor everything for abit for any critical issues that may or may not come with the launch of the patch.

if im not mistaken this was posted on wednesday around 17:30 NZ time, so i would expect patch thursday morning or late afternoon NZ time

They have said several times they wont nerf skills unless it is unintended mechanics 🤷‍♂️
