Omen of amelioration didnt work

I had active omen of amelioration in my inventory and i losed full 10% exp after die. Omen is in inventory after die.

I had omen of resurgence active and this omen worked fine.

re-upping this, fought king of the mists, omen of resurgence activated, died, then omen of amelioration did not go off, lost full xp, omen active in inventory after death

Can confirm that if Omen of Refreshment is active in the inventory, Omen of Amelioration doesn't trigger if Omen of Refreshment triggers first.

Frustrating.

Only 1 omen works per instance. So pick which omen is more important for you.

Had 1 omen only and it didnt work!!

I died 2 times in short period

1st dead it worked, dead after 2 minutes next one didnt work!!

I cant lose XP on high lvl 10% is damn more than 2h !!!

Were both deaths in the same instance? Only the first omen activated in an instance works.

Working as intended, and as described in the items tool tips.

I run both if I can, resurgence keeps me alive from lots of small hits to avoid burning an expensive omen of amelioration.

Omen of amelioration mitigate exp loss from all those random "wait i had full life , ES, mom, max res and EHP of 20k what the fugg just instantly killed me?" moments.

But, you have to keep an eye on them and a manage this. When resurgence goes off poof I don't have exp protection so either time to log out or time to run the hell away. Blink helps lol.
Text appears middle left of the screen where the chat window is when an omen activates.
