POE 2 Molten Blast Attack Speed BUG

It seems at a certain attack speed or support gem combination, when using Molten Blast, the character will not move while attacking anymore. This affects the feasibility of the skill because it is no longer traversing while attacking and is only stationary while attacking.

Without Martial Tempo, The movement returns and now attacks while moving.

When dual wielding Olrovasara and Sacred Flame it encounters the bug. When I remove Sacred Flame from off-hand, the attack is functioning normally.

that's good news to me. i would like molten blast a lot if it didnt have the goofy step forward.
