Poe 2 Xbox skill tree bug

Did anyone find a fix for this? I seem to know, or sort of know, how to temporarily fix it and enable it again? I believe it has to do with weapon sets. My passive tree isn't giving me dexterity at all, let alone bonus dexterity, from my quiver. My character sheet has the correct value but passive tree is about 100 below that. That's pretty significant. I'm not able to really progress without having the attributes I need to wear the gear. Did anyone find a fix in the interim?
