Where is the change to the map completion criteria? One of the single biggest overall complaints, and not even mentioned? Nobody likes hunting down rares across the map.
Where is the removal of towers? Why are you continuing to iterate on a fundamentally flawed system? Is this type of thing not the point of having an EA? By GGGs own admission this was a temporary endgame to provide people with something on launch. Why is there so much resistance to changing it now? These two things make the game so much less fun it's pretty disappointing to not even have them addressed. If this stuff doesn't change at some point game is dead on arrival. |

Despite the work that must have gone into making tower maps spawn mechanics and making all that work, this should not even go live.
I just want to use the tablet, I don't see how anything gatekeeping that is not going to feel bad or be tedious. |

I love Path of Exile... and i kinda like the endless atlas system too, but please, just,
Make all atlas nodes spawn 1 (one) or more, random league mechanics. Turn Tablets into Phrecia Idols Towers now boost nearby (could be a bigger area) league mechanics with the 'idol' tablet. OR Make clusters of the same league mechanic scattered across the map... like THE DELIRIUM Area, where all the maps in the range of a tower are Delirium, so we can just choose to path to there and do like 10-15 delirium maps if we want... then we path somewhere else, and poof, the RITUAL cluster. The tower in the middle could be slotted with a RITUAL TABLET/IDOL that just boosts the mechanics of the maps within range. Please someone from GGG read this and propose it. |

The endgame system is fundamentally bad
Endless atlas = no sense of progression or aim ( at least in delve there was only 1 direction, deeper down, that gave it progression) I dont want to look at every map node and think about what waystone i want to use, oh it doesnt have a boss ? let me use worse waystone I dont want to path in silly ways to towers so i can min/max overlap of towers You said you hastily made this endgame system in 3 months? Thats okay, it kinda sucks though. Give us balance patches and new classes in the meantime while you make a new endgame. | |

So no endgame improvements, doubling (tripling) down on those awful towers everyone keeps telling you they hate, no Huntress or Druid, no Shapeshifting skills, no actual improvements to the existing skills players dislike, no new content...
This is the big update meant to draw players in and get them talking? Trust me, we're talking... and it's not good. |

Complete disconnect here. Whether the tower has league mechanics or not is irrelevant. The main factor in determining why you want to run a map or not is how juiced you can make it.
In order for a tower to be juiced, that means that other towers around it, need to have already had tablets inserted into them. This however is inefficient, because the juiced tower in and of itself that you are running could be used to juice maps and have a tablet inserted into it. The best maps will always be ones that have the most towers affecting it, and since a tower can't affect itself until after it has been completed, it will never be ideal to juice towers. So in order to avoid this inefficient pitfall, players will not juice nearby towers, until all towers and bad maps have been cleared. (No different than now) However, league mechanics that could have spawned on actual maps, can now spawn on towers. Additionally completing the towers as quickly as possible (to get to the actual juice) will now take longer as it now requires completing the map (killing all rares) making this a complete net downgrade. |

Can't wait for it to launch! My only concern is whether it will be a new league or not because the current market is a mess.
