I have been a supporter of Path of Exile for a long time, purchasing their full pack every year. The book is indeed very beautiful, although I must say the price is excessively high.
However, what disappointed me the most—and is truly unprofessional—is that they sent me a damaged book, and after a month and a half of waiting, I still haven’t received a single response from customer support.

After all the money I have spent, I now expect significantly better and more professional treatment, given the damaged product I received.
