Jesus, perfection is so bad. Using a charging skill three times in the span of 8 sec? Like, why would anyone do that? You maybe use a charged skill once a minute, when theres an extra fat rare you need to kill. You charge once, its ded, go on with your day. Why would we willingly change the playstyle to stop and stand in one place to keep up the buff every couple seconds...
