Depends. You know, the support team has only a limited number of ppl who can solve issues of a specific topic.
If you have any "account-related problems", it can take a long time until they respond; if you have another problem (not account-related) it can take below 48 hours as usual. Anyway.

A month ago I had an error message while logging in to pathofexile2.com/trade, I got a response to the email I sent in an hour and issue was resolved in 24h or less. Not arguing anything, just sharing my experience.

GGG is failing to deliver customer service in a timely manner. That is not the customer’s fault.

Could you please allow people watch the stream on twitch for 24 hours in order to get the free mtx next times? Not everyone works in a cozy office with good work schedule and internet and power, you know. I work on trains and am often inside tunnels and can't leave the streaming open on my phone. Yesterday I started my shift exactly when the event started (8PM for me) and worked till late and when I got home I forgot about it and fell asleep immediately.
And no, I couldn't leave my pc on, since I have to use my phone to provide internet to it! Not living in a big city with all of your nice services, you know.
I know it's free, but jeez at least leave it up for 24 hours!

they still hope to hit full release in 2025 with big updates every 3 months and smaller updates between them as was stated by Jonathan in his recent interview with Destin Legarie.

I do not know if new or already available in POE1... but they are explicitly mentioned as purchasable MTX for POE2

Meaning, among the highest priorities of GGG is making sure that there are things to be bought in the shop... Dunno but I don't have the feeling GGG treats POE2 as being in Early Access.

There are other worrying things too:
* 100 uniques / 100 gems -> bloated content for purchasing tabs?
* A mount? -> Does this mean that MTXs for mounts are on the way?

I do not know anything about GGG past... but as for today... it seems just another Blizzard / EA in regards of company policies/priorities.

mtx showed on stream are from start of Settlers league
