Which timer is correct? The ingame or website? These are 1hr off on console

I can't log in. It locked my account because it has been a while, with the usual message of "accessing it from another location". Looks like the e-mail service to send the unlock codes are not working. I hope this can be fixed soon...

I tried changing my password, which surprisingly sent a recovery email, but then, in-game, it still locked the account.

I hope we will get any Information for New Skills, Support-Gems and Uniques befor it starts at least now to adept a bit.
