Upscale Modes Greyed Out

So I upgraded to Windows 11 recently, and reinstalled all the GPU drivers. After that I noticed that, other and NIS, every upscale option was greyed out. Also when I try to switch the renderer from DirectX12 to Vulcan, the came closes itself. When changing it in the config file, the game doesn't open.

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: 9070 XT

Edit: Nevermind, it fixed itself somehow. I just went away for like 4 hours and its fine now.
