What happened to Shockwave Totems?

As the title says: what happened to Shockwave Totems in 0.2.0? Patch notes don't indicate any nerfs. Despite this my DPS dropped from over 100k to... 18k... The only change in my build is the loss of two jewels from the tree... What's going on?

They don't do much don't worry they just have divided your damage scaling with level by 3... |
