Tactician "Watch How I Do It" local/global interaction question

Tactician's "Watch How I Do It" says the following:

"Allies in your Presence gain added Attack Damage equal to 25% of your main hand Weapon's Damage"

Would this mean that the amount of added Attack Damage would only come from local Weapon Damage, and not global modifiers to for example melee/phys/attack/mace damage?

Side thought: Skeletal Warrior has no physical tag or any other damage type, so what damage type does it deal? Any ideas on how to best make use of Watch How I Do It in general?
