Is mana broken?

I have 6k mana and each cast of spark (level 33) is draining more than half. Tool tip is showing a 321 cast cost which btw doesn’t change when turning EB on or off. Mana recovery is over 1100 but it can’t keep up

It’s almost like each bolt of spark is costing 321 mana

A lot of people are reporting that they drastically increased the mana cost of spark. Looks like the skill was nerfed into the ground.

I gave up on MoM and EB. Not Worth it.
