Armour gives you movement speed penalty ?

So apparently armours give you movement speed penalty, and it can go under 0% to get -1.1% speed modifier wth.
Also what is wrong with frenzy charges, they do not give attack speed or anything Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party. Last bumped5 апр. 2025 г., 07:20:23

It was like that in POE1, that's why we had nodes over by the duelist tree to remove the penalty.
Also frenzy stacks are just a resource now, not a stat boost. I got the sauce.

To be honest I never noticed that penalty lol in poe1 :)))...The more you learn.
