Tactician Ascendancy Synergy Question

I am looking at the Tactician's Suppressing Fire and Right Where We Want Them. And I am wondering if there are ways to have Unleash Hell and Cannons, Ready! to work with the pin ascendancies.

I am already trying to overlook how "MAD" this character feels with the multiple direction it seems to want to go and its placement in the passive tree, and with its minion damage, totem damage, spirit, banners, pin, and so on.

However, I do like its theme and would like to work with it.
