Can't Find Soulrend

Reading patch notes i read that soulrend was Fixed, but i can't find the skill on the trade website filters, is it not implemented on the trade site or is the skill not in game yet? it was supposed to be on rending staff, but i cant filter rending staffs on trade site too

I think it's the Soulrend debuff, as seen here: https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Soulrend. On the POE2 database, there are staffs that have an implicit Soulrend, but they don't exist like the skill, afaik. https://poe2db.tw/us/Rending_Staff
