Stash tab bug?

The stash tab in standard league isn't sharing with the other standard league characters.
Instead, it is sharing items with the dawn of the hunt characters. Or is it sharing stash between all characters I create (standard league and dawn of the hunt characters share whole items together?)

Because I notice on other players they can share stash items with other characters in the same standard league.

But when they play new characters on dawn of the hunt league, they only share the stash not the items. In my stash tab case, it shares the items with the dawn of the hunt league not the other standard league characters.

Is it stash bug?
