Scourge Commander no longer available in POE2?

I don't know if I'm just missing where this was updated, but I bought the Scourge Commander MTX week one of POE2's launch, and have been using it the entire time, but since dawn of the hunt I can't use it anymore, did it get removed from the game for some reason? I searched the patch notes and didn't see it anywhere.
