Problems moving forward?

How is it they could choose to leave all these turbo charged items in the game?

withered 15%, Area of effect, minion area of effect, and tons of other mods all got nerfed but the old jewels were still for sale? Shouldn’t they be worth an arm and a leg now that they are legacy unobtainable rolls?
