Please help. I only have one Towe in my Atlas of world

My Atlas of Worlds is Bricked? My starting position only has one tower. When I did the tower and revealed more land there was no new tower. Now I am stuck with no way to progress my towers.

Is there any way to reset your Atlas of Worlds????
