i lost my hooded one in my hideout

so i started a new league, while playing the campaign i teleported to my hideout and use the hooded on some cases, but there is only him since i didnt meet everyone yet. then, i finished the campaign, go to my hideout and everybody was there except for the hooded one. i tried to edit, dismiss him then drag him into my hideout but he never showed up.

The hooded one only can appear in your hideout if you haven't completed the campaign yet, and afterward he's replaced by everyone else, I think it's intentional
