POE 2 Infinite loading screen

Stuck in a Neverending loading screen trying to log back into my toon in the trial of chaos, on seems to happen there but I'd appreciate GGG moving my toon back to a hide out or a different town, if I can log into this toon I'll be done for the league already have over 100 hours into this town

help please i'm stuck loading to map trial of chaos

How is it possible there is no staff response to this bug? It prevents me from playing anymore what am I supposed to do?

How can we know if GGG even knows about this issue. Can we get an acknowledgment or something? I love this game and now I’ve bricked it.

I’ve now tried all the suggestions in this thread with no change. Every time I log in w/ my char it’s infinitely stuck on trials of chaos loading. Someone please acknowledge ☹️

I originally had this issue on Xbox after TPing from trials of chaos. I had to do the following to resolve:

1. Login from the PC client (dunno what happens to folks who didn’t buy both versions)
2. Access the stuck character
3. TP from trials to ziggurat encampment then exit
4. Log in successfully on Xbox client.

Note it was not sufficient to just access my char from the other client. I had to leave the area as well.

*sigh* apparently this is not a one-off. On a new trial run the same exact thing happened again. TP out of trial to trade, then can’t get back in.

Fobxprincess, Did you try changing your server gateway on the main page to another location before logging in with that character? It works for me but im interested to see if it helps someone else.

Beat trial master trying to respec ascendancy. Refunded all 8 passive points and then went to change ascendancy as soon as I selected my new ascendancy it went into a loading screen which is now infinitely loading. I know the ascendancy change took from the icon when I back out but I don’t even know if it gave me all 8 points but more importantly I can’t play on that character at all. What kind of information do you need from me and is this the appropriate place for this matter?
