i Can't enter trial of sekhemas

i need help i Can't enter trial of sekhemas because I'm stuck in the quest. I dropped the quest item barya in the map and went on lvling
can i get all the ascendancy points by killing trialmaster ? or trialmaster give 3/4 ascendancy point now
I am 100% sure that I will not be able to enter the trial of sekhemas now and I was just told that the trialmaster starting from league 0.2.0 gives only 3/4 ascendancy point, I don't know if this is true or not, but I am very sad

I passed the temple of chaos test (lab number 2) and got 1/4 point
I'm afraid I won't be able to get all 4/4 points by killing trialmaster

I killed the boss Balbala and got the quest yellow item Djin Barya from him, I picked it up and I threw it on the ground, thinking that I wouldn't need it and would buy labyrinths on tft, but how wrong I was, now this thing doesn't drop for me anymore and I can't enter the trial of sekhemas location

Go to the NPC and try if you can get another one.

Yes, you are right, I killed this boss more than 10 times, this quest item does not drop anymore (I mixed up the names because it dropped for me once and I immediately threw it on the floor and left the location)

I am sure that there are no mistakes on my part, I am not stupid and I have already tried to solve this problem with the help of all my friends, we tried to understand the issue and came to the conclusion that this is indeed a bug

I found some fixes in patch 0.2.0 (attached screenshot) I think it could somehow affect the quest chain, considering that I threw the quest item on the ground

Odd because i couldn't drop the quest item or put it in stash, it stayed in my pack until i used it.

you can drop any quest item while on the map
