3rd ascension as melee sekehma boss ability spam

I haven't seen anything regarding people not being able to get their third asc because of having huge problems defeating bosses and wanted to ask you if anyone experienced the same issues.

My damage is not that bad and I can handle low tier maps, as well as do the first boss of the trial basically hit less every time in 1-2 minutes depending on how much i have to kite him around. But the second duo boss is so insane as melee.
You get no chance to do dmg without taking dmg. Resulting losing almost all your honor in the process. I beat them once but got no honor restore in the next few rooms and lost the run. Other runs simple end at this boss even going in with close to full honor every time.

What am I supposed to do I tried getting some more levels but I'm still unable to do anything against them. Do i have to completely rebuild my character just to get my 3rd asc?

The intention for Sekhema is to stack honor resist to 75%, add max honor, and possibly reduce boss HP/dmg with relics. The relics are the key to the Trial of Sekhema. That is where you get the power to trivialize it. So it might take multiple runs and failures to farm the relics with the stats you need.

Not my favorite choice for ascending, but thats how it's supposed to be done

Oh and having access to Sacred Water and the merchant to buy boons helps a ton.

I know how sekh works I have 69% honor resistance but the boss spam is something else. Have you watched the video?

Yes, i watched. Yes, i know that fight and how spammy they are. I never beat them on my Warrior at launch because of that very issue.

Unfortunately, GGG won't fix that yet, or ever. So the only option to handle them right now is what I suggested. I wasn't trying to be confrontational or belittle your intelligence. Youre way ahead of me on this patch, so I wouldn't dare to think you're not knowledgeable on how Sekhema works. But the answer to your question is basically what I said. Honor resist, max honor, and hit the vendor every chance you get for the boons. Rerolling your character won't fix the problem. Your build looked great in terms of damage output and survival.

Sorry coming of a bit hostile in my answers. It wasn't meant to be. I'm just frustrated and I have seen people who already got their 3rd and even 4th asc but I have no idea how they did it besides being a ranged character.

It is, but it takes a lot of failure to get the relics needed, especially if you have bad RNG (me). Also bear in mind, some people pay for their ascendancy. So not everyone you see fully ascended did so on their own power.

Paying for a carry isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's an option.

I gave it another try and switched the meelee speer attack to its ranged version.
it wasn't great but I just lost around 500 honor this time.

I didn't even buy a single piece of gear yet. And I planned on not trading until I need to.
I did trad in 0.1 and trivialized a lot of things with it. Going from barely able to clear t14 maps to being an absolute monster.

I want to do my own build and only trade when I have too this league.

I did it. Scorpion going underground was annoying and he is way to fast with his attacks but it was manageable playing patient and butt clenched.
