Best graphical settings for my system?

Got a good 7800X3D, paired with a good 4070ti Super, playing at 3440x1440 (that's ultrawide) hopefully having upto 240hz. Hitting max fps isn't really required but having a bottom fps of 80 would be great!
Currently using these nVidia settings:  In town I'm averaging 135fps (I'm just saying, as a reference) and *while leveling* I'm averaging 180fps with not much action, and dropping to ~85fps with a lot of mobs. Should I just stay like that or trying gaining a tad more? If gaining what should I change? thx Last bumped10 апр. 2025 г., 12:41:26

" The resolution will lower the max fps significantly. I have similar hardware with a liquid cooled high end 12th gen intel. I run 2k at 144hz at 144fps (vsync obvs) at max setting across the board. Without actually analyzing all your other hardware including mb chipset, bios, driver and OS etc. The only thing I see is your resolution is higher than mine by about 15% in terms of processing. Many other setting are lower. I haven't used an AMD CPU since the early 2000's because they had a tendency to burn out or run above 110 degrees C. Probably changed now but old habits etc. I am curious are you using a nand ssd 4.0 or above? |

" Should be fine, I think you actually might be somewhere close to optimal. I doubt you will be able to squeeze much more out of the hardware. Frame drops, crashes and DC can be network related especially using cheap wifi devices. Ethernet is the way to go if you can. The POE 2 game engine is very resource intensive which is why windows 10 and older hardware have massive bottleneck issues. Unless you have a specific issue I think you are good to go. |
