Infinite Loading Screen Issue on PS5 – Assistance Require

Started today this issue too...

How they break a game each patch? Omg.. and somebody tells Diablo 4 is broken 😀 smh

I was having the same problem yesterday at the Jungle Ruins, I was playing with my friend and he was also having the same trouble. He's on PS5, while I'm on Xbox Series X.

Although its working fine for me right now, it isn't for him. He's keeps getting the infinite loading screen, and he did try switching characters. Though he was able to play just fine with his other character, its just the one I was playing with that keeps getting the infinite loading screen.

Stuck on loading screen "The Matlan Waterways" tried a new characters and waited more than an hour for reset. Nothing helps at the moment.

Same issue, and the 4 PS5 guys I play with all have the same issue. It's so bad at times, I can't even log back in and play for hours. Even after kicking the person from the group and leaving the map altogether. Just have to give up and try again tomorrow.

Lifehack You need a second gamepad, in the lobby connect the second character and enter the joint game, you will find yourself in the first location, after that go to the character selection menu, turn off the second gamepad and go back to the main character, you will be returned to the city / shelter

Been stuck at several loading screens the last 24 hours. Playstation 5. The crazy thing is, that if I'm leaving a map to travel back to town, I can hear my character/companion being hit while the loading screen is stuck. Dashboarding out of the game, as well as restarting the Playstation does not remedy this. The next time I go to log in... it gets stuck again.

This game is very boring and very redundant. Add in glitches like this and it becomes almost unbearable at times. Paying money for early access to a game that's going to be free to play is annoying when you don't get to play the game because of loading issues.

I am having the same exact issue on the Jungle Ruins on PS5 however I am playing solo. Causing me to be unable to progress with Act 3.

Similar issue. One character stuck loading into an Act 3 zone, The Chimeral Wetlands. Other characters seem to be fine.
