If they had really said that, epic fail indeed:) I understand sudden business need may arise and they may need extra revenue fast, but first they had literally chased away most players with their own design decisions. And they knew it would be so, we've all been there during poe1 cycles.

Bleed now applies with full ES - another middle finger to casters, either path all the way to CI or be ready to die at the first pack with "always bleeds" modifier. Anti-bleed charm won't save you when bleed gets reapplied constantly. And the more you kite the more dmg you take from bleed, never mind that casters are ones who need to kite most among all classes. Who would've thought players will react negatively on design like this?:)
