After you die in some maps (with boss) monster and events disappear

After you die in some maps (with boss) monster and events disappear. For example in one map i had Ritual and after i died map count transformed to 0 and events no longer available on map (i died in ritual and after that the map didn't contain any ritual)

This happens to me everytime idk why

I'm running some t15 with 0 portals and if i die and do another waystone there is no more events, just kill rare mobs. Is this a bug or am i crazy?
