Lich's Eternal Life QoL - Exempt town's Well for healing

I thought Eternal Life would be more broken and powerful, but I honestly think it's in a very nice, balanced spot (I'm lvl 75 now, ~4k Energy Shield and ~1.2k Life)

However, there's something annoyuing at "life can't change", as sometimes we'll have (very) near misses, leaving you with 50 life and full energy shield.

In those times, I need to go back to town, refund the Eternal Life passive, heal at the well and get it again. At this level of the game, the few k gold for the refund isn't a big deal, and with the hideout/town being a safe place, it's just an annoying process to deal with.

My suggestion/request is to make the town well ignore Eternal Life's restriction, allowing you to refill your life then and there.
