[Bleeding debuff] Add visual effects on the life bar for bleeding debuff

Bleed now correctly deals damage to life, bypassing energy shield, doubled if you are moving. This is too severe for Energy Shield builds, as these normally have low life as they invest everything into ES. Even more critical is Infernalist, which has notables that reserve life, thus having EVEN LOWER maximum life.

Poison also bypasses Energy Shield, but it has added visuals: your life turns green while you are poisoned. This makes it really easy to notice the debuff with your peripherical vision, due to the color being highly noticiable, without the need to observe a very small debuff icon above your skills (I am playing on controller, so for mouse+keyboard the debuff position might be different). It is just too easy to die to bleed, due to not seeing it before it kills you.

Please follow the example of Poison: ADD SOME VISUAL EFFECT to the life bar. A simple color change would do it, but please make it a noticiable color (e.g. pink or light purple) so that we can easily notice it within the peripherical vision!

I'd move this to the Feedback section as this is not a bug.
When you see your life falling from 100% to 5% in 1 sec with full ES, there is little doubt what just happened:) Without easy pantheon block for bleed and burning ground I agree that enemy bleed became much bigger nuisance, but problem is more on the massive damage, and lack of phys mitigation for ES characters. In short, GGG balancing team strikes again.
