PoE 2: Season of the Intern Devs

The difficulty in Season 2 is just off. It’s not fun hard, it’s punishing and inconsistent. One fight is a joke, the next deletes you in seconds with no counterplay.

If I knew the game was going in this direction, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I stuck it out thinking it would even out, but it never did. No proper warning, no clear communication on major changes—just a mess you have to figure out the hard way. That’s not good design, and it’s definitely not respectful of players’ time.
for me its a little weird.

0.1 was excellent.
0.2 is BS in 60%.

I agree with stepping away. I'll definitely be doing this as this season is clearly not going to be addressed soon. They did way too many nerfs cough changes to know what was correct and what was not. Having donated 10k+ to poe i can assure people that my opinion slightly matters to them so don't bother with the no one cares stuff like you did with the original poster.

There’s no real challenge in the endgame right now, but getting into it felt like a nightmare.

The transition into early endgame was rough—overtuned mobs, inconsistent damage spikes, and gear checks that came out of nowhere. But once I pushed past that wall, everything just fell over. Bosses melted, mechanics barely mattered.

The pacing is completely backwards. It shouldn't be harder to get into the endgame than to actually play it.
