Corrupted Enemies with Yellow Lightning

this thread is not intended for "pls nerf" or that, i'm posting in "Discussion" because i wanna have a discussion.

So on corrupted maps, sometimes some small dudes get summoned after killing mobs that shoot yellow lightning at you.

Imho, they are bad from a gameplay design point, and i'd like to ask for opinions, as well as your experience and how you guys deal with them. I haven't gotten around to play every weapon/class to endgame, so i'd like to get more insight from different perspectives that i wasn't able to aquire yet myself.

My personal solution, playing melee dot (bleed ritualist), is to simply have them killed at a distance while they try chasing me down. heck my entire gameplay revolves around that, and then followed by 2x the time invested for backtracking for loot hauling x)

The issue i do have with those, is the "meaningful combat".
In my mind, meaningful combat implies, among other stuff, so that when i'm fighting i.e. a boss, and i'm undergeared/underlvld, i still can beat said boss with enough skill. Even if it means fighting him for 10min straight and dodging everything.
But that yellow lightning is instant. There is no avoiding. It's just a raw math-thingy. Either you have enough hp/resi, or you don't.
I have 65% lightning resi, and 1648 hp. I'm currently in t10 map, and they deal some 40%maxhealth with one lightning. i think, not sure tho, they always spawn in a grp of 3. so not only do these 3 deal enough dmg to just kill me the moment they spawn, without any possibility of avoiding it unless they spawn far away enough, but the other issue is also the light-stun mechanic paired with that high instant dmg. 40% chance for light-stun times 3 (3 enemies) is on average a guaranteed light-stun, which you can not avoid with skill.

In my book, this is no meaningful combat. It's just a raw math game.
So if anything, i do not want these specific enemies to get nerfed. I'd like to have them reworked so their spell is no more instantanious. Maybe change their spell so they shoot several lightnings at once, but it has some travel time to it?

How's your experience with those? And how do you deal with those?

edit: or some other spell, like a mini-version of Ikbab's ginormous lightning-ball that shoots smaller lightnings. have that travel across the map while shooting lightning projectiles (with travel time). 3 of those on the screen would certainly cause chaos, yet still allow one to deal with them with skill. the more i think about this, the more i would want that in my game. that would be some fun chaos to be had :D
note: this could however wreck a minion build. maybe not that good of an idea. but might be worth testing or that? i dunno. i just don't like "unavoidable math-game" in a "meaningful combat" situation.

-add "Advanced Targeting System" to the options so we can disable accessibility-stuff
-fix skills w/o movement to NOT MOVE YOU when using Attack Without Moving i.e. Ice Strike
-rework: enemies instant-spells = math-game || very unfitting for meaningful combat cuz can't avoid with skill

Hope this gets noticed, this is the only thing I've been dying to, I have a 145k DPS LS setup, and its the only thing that I die to, just summons to one shot, can't tell if its a troll, or a bug or a feature. It's damage is insane, I have high Evasion, with maxed out lightning res, still get nuked. I'm able to take hits and manage my health with other mobs. I've yet to dodge or evade this attack. Only seen this mob in the corrupted zone.
