Act 3 Temple Door Idol Bug

Hey dev team, I just faced a funny and particular bug.

With the Temple Door Idol (quest item from the Queen of Filth) in my inventory and by clicking in the Well, for some reason, it resulted in the game thinking that I clicked to put it in the Temple of Kopec's door. It worked, but it was a weird interaction, and the stairs close to the door made the graphic disappear.
