Lich's Eternal Life

Hi,
would it be possible to add that Lich with Eternal Life passive is able to restore life when clicking on well? It's pretty annoying when you get stuck with not full life and have to reduce your ES to 0. It's also worth mentioning that respawn on checkpoint doesnt restore life to full.
If it is intended for some low life builds then maybe add option that you can check whenever you want or not to be healed by well.
