If you don't play fotm the game is unplayable

Gotta be a build issue. There really aren't many problems after the heavy HP nerfs. Leveled a couple characters and working on a third. Going through cruel now in SSF on a witch that hasn't even ascended once yet and haven't really experienced any hurdles.

What skills did you use?

Did you trade any item?

What level did you need to reach to reach end the normal run?

How long it took you to finish the last boss?

Simple questions pointing to the poor ratio of most of the mage skills that force you to use crossbow with any character you build...

That's essentially all it is. Anyone who is good at the game can pick up basically anything they want and make it work. If you cant do that, that's fine, but that's a you problem, not a game problem

Yup.

Power imbalances get tuned over time, but calling the game "unplayable" because you're not using the strongest thing just doesn’t track.

That’s like saying the game’s unplayable because someone else crafted a mirror-tier item and you only made 20 divs. The comparison doesn’t make sense—you're setting the bar at the extreme end and then blaming the game when you don’t match it.

my caster chars works with some +gem up to maps in blue gear ,but for phys/ele/range/melee builds u need simply more prefix on items.With bad luck u have to dump all your currency into weapons every 10 level... and to be fair we ar not find 20 exalts in 10 level during campain.Thats why some ppl struggel.

All of you crying should just delete the game if this is to hard for you, stop crying and start playing except of looking for excuses "how i can blame anything in the game except of blaming myself because im a noob".

lol true but people also have completely unreasonable expectations

I've helped so many people with campaign bosses, most of them are 2-3 levels UNDER the boss level and using gear that's 20-50 levels below the boss level, I tell them if you want to make the game a LOT easier be at least equal level as the zone you're in or even 1-3 levels above it and upgrade your gear once in a while, I did the entire campaign on the first weekend as spark and I grinded xp for about ~15 mins before a couple of the act bosses to make it much easier.
