My suggestion:

Rogue Exiles will always have appropriate Tier Runes socketed into dropped items relative to their item levels, as well to items dropped compatible which their levels.

I have fought Rogue Exiles level 50-55 full of magic itens instead of rare items. Considering the difficulty of these fights, and that ourselfs stop using magic items in the beginning of the game, would be more rewarding to loot a lot of rare items after these figths.
Asked my wife

"what would you do if you woke up one day in Stardew valley and went into a mine and found 1 gold for the entire day"

Her response was

"I wouldn't go to the mines...id probably just stop playing"

Very cool changes overall.
But still, do we just keep the game with 60% ls players, and 99% of spells being absolutely dogshit ?
Like something about no real scaling on spells, absurd mana costs, thoses kind of things ?
I know you guys at GGG hate spells, but it does not mean we all do. Nerf on spark was crucial, not this attack skill only video game ( at least in lategame, early is very ok )
If you do not want to nerf ls, fair enought, but give us something, anything
sorry, i lost my motivation to log in. haven't done so for the last 2 weeks.
Where's anything about loot??!?!?!?!?!?! what are we playing for ? 3 ex per map?

DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE YOU COULDVE ADDED MORE BUGS AND IT WOULDVE BEEN FINE IF U SIMPLY BUFFED THE LOOT DROP RATE FOR ENDGAME

And still no fix to the crucial bug that makes bosses desync as a tactician and pinned enemies cannot perform actions?

4 patches and still no fix .. :o

Good thing I am not playing that class any more...
