To whom it may concern @ staff regarding trial of sekhemas

so guys i love your game alot but this season was a different experience...
i guess this is in the game since launch but i want to explain what happened.
i kinda failed with my leaguestarter idea so i had to reroll before maps since i realized i wouldnt have fun with the build longterm.
the second character i decided to level i chose to get a service for ascendancy points anyway and skipped the questitem djinn barja from balbala.

now theres a bug u should know, and i wonder why i cant find any response from staff or announcement to fix it, especially since todays patch took care of some ascendancy issues.
when u dont pick the drop from balbala (green questitem) you are not able to get to the area with your character anymore. and i guess theres many ppl who have the same problem. an easy fix would be to have balbala drop the item again, or make a conversation with zarka always reveal the area on the map and make it accessable via waypoint.

so actualy im logging in from time to time, but the level of frustration this caused makes me logout pretty quick compared to other leagues i played. after several hours of trying to get to the area, googling and finding out theres not even a statement? at least i found none. i would be happy to know that ggg is working on the issue.
but logging in and knowing i have to do the trialmaster to (probably) get my ascendancy points is realy stoping my enthusiasm.

The Djinn coins (access key) for the trials are random rare drops. You can try to farm bosses/rares in Act 2 to get one. After that you should be able to proceed normally.

you wont drop the green one anymore which unlocks the area and makes it accessable via waypoint (trial of sekhemas). so u find random djinn barja yes, but u wont get to the area (trial of sekhemas)so you could proceed. also swirling on other players which are in the area will result in the msg: "you do not have fullfilled the questste" or whatever

from my expirience, game is giving you 1 piece of very low monster level per each ascendancy in campaign. Since then only +5 levels you find randomly.
Which sucks.
