Unrecognised task serialised by server; missing registration?

I crashed earlier today with the exception: Unrecognised task serialised by server; missing registration?

I was running a Backwash Map an it crashed in the same second or shortly after I killed a rogue exile (Vasa, of the Death Akhara). If I will no try to reconnect to my char I will get the same error over and over, just the 5 digits in the end will change.
I can login to other characters.

I tried to delete shader caches etc. switched from DX12 to Vulcan, switche gateway.

Playing standalone client and not via steam. Can provide a Screenshot of the crash if this helps.

Updated my nvidia drivers and issue went away
