If this were any other game you wouldn't even get the level of transparency GGG gives you, you'd get silence and a big bowl of stfu, you'll maybe get a patch 3 months from now. We need more (to quote JR) ‘axis of randomness’, but again as they add more revisions of ‘old content’ that will happen. TLDR game is fine but needs more communication and addition of extra endgame content. Not just the patch will fix nothing (because characters will still be too slow and not enough damage vs bosses unless you build a serpent ranger). Now there are 10 days without updates.
