Affix tiers again

Please mark the highest tiers or revert back to t1 being the best.
Its really annoying to have to use an external database to determine the value of your item or if u want to fracture it.

I know there have been alot of post about this already and Jonathan even said shortly after alpha release that u were gonna make it more obvious if something is the best tier.

I was really hoping this change would roll out with hunt season.

Especially now with recombinators and fracturs its so important to know if a mod is the highest tier or not.

Just wanted to bump this up again since the last post about this i could find was in december and it seems to be such an easy fix.
Like just make the t9 or t12 or whatever it is yellow if its a max tier mod.

Or if u revert back to t1 being the best you could even tell if something is the second highest tier.
