Meta Gems and Stat Requirements

I believe another item that drives folks to the mage / intelligence side of the tree is the meta gems. Cast on Critical in particular.

I suggest that meta gems truly be made meta -- you must meet a stat requirement in any ONE stat to use them.

That will allow folks to continue to specialize without missing out on some very powerful game mechanics.
