no support from GGG

just posting this to say i feel GGG has no employees working on support. has anyone in the last 4 months had their issue fixed? all we get is what seems like bot response. GGG, if you do not fix whats going on behind the scenes there may be a class action lawsuit because so many people have spent money, but havent received anything.
