Cant access maps?

Just can not access maps.
Have you ever seen this? Am I missing something, or is it just a bug?

I think there is a small bug if you reach Endgame you must use the OG map device first.
I changed to hideout and did not let me to activate the map. Just go back to the "tutorial point"

Some maps require a harder keystone.
Like Corrupted nexus "traverse" overlay explains you need at least 4 modifier.

There are maps, which I can't start, no option to choose them, even though I've completed maps, which lead to them.

Thats a bug. Some times connections are shown that doesn't exist.

Nodes with 4 connections are currently bugged.
