Steamcharts, lol
" I'm so glad you won't come back. Meanwhile none of what you mention is happenning on my side (as usual, my computer must be special), been doing maps with my Amazon for 2 days now. Campaign was a breeze. I don't know what people are actually complaining about tbh. Tech guy

We all know that LEs numbers will go down again in the coming weeks, just like every ARPGs numbers do. Will players return to PoE2 tho? That's questionable.

" Most of them won't return. Look at steam charts, over 60k player left before LE released there patch. |

And its good. This is what allways happened will allways happen again. Why are you so in love with steamcharts? I NEVER give any damn on them.

" Not disagreeing, but Jonathan said himself that concurrent players is the metric that they look at when accessing how successful the game is. So u don't have to care, but GGG certainly does. Like we both said, numbers will always go down, it's just a matter of how fast and how much. |

Honestly would like to see much worse numbers .... It has slightly worse (within a few %) 14d retention than Settlers, and better retention than Kalandra (kalandra dropped about 66% of players in first 14 days)
BUT! It has much, much, MUCH worse 14d retention than EA launch (0.1) I wished for a sub-100k weekend last week but they be sly and release patches right in time for weekend for a bump in numbers, but that didn't last long for neither of those patches. |

Honestly it's really hard to interpret. The chinese population wasn't in any of the PoE charts before and so we can't say if they drop off at the same pace or maybe it's also alot of chinese bots ect.
I don't wish for anything else than GGG realizing that PoE should have a priority now, so they can fully focus on PoE2 again afterwards. It should help with feedback aswell. |

"Steamcharts this, steamcharts that..."
Why do people forget that stand-alone client exists? |
