Copper Citadel boss

Anyone else find this boss extremely over-tuned? level 92 amazon that pretty much nukes anything and this boss just 1 shots me with its basic lance throw. Its so stupid. My boss rotation takes about 3 seconds to get going and you simply cant as you just get insta killed by the lance the boss keeps using over and over.

It takes long enough to even find a citadel just to have it wasted.

Worst patch in ARPG history?

Its not about latest patch, citadels are same as uber/T17 bosses in poe1: instead of developing new content, GGG just tripled all numbers on existing bosses, including speed, and broke their interactions like shaper bullet shield or ground degens. And then moved half of aspiration loot behind this "new content".

It was lazy and cheap move in poe1, and it still is now. Poe2 pinnacle content is a stat check, not a "meaningful tactical combat". In your case minimum ehp check to not get oneshot.
